- Before first use and watch the explainer video.
- Before using, configuring or connecting your Flex, in order to ensure the correct use and prevent accidents such as electric shock or fire, please carefully read this entire document.
- Never attempt to open your Flex or disassemble any part of it.
- Never expose your Flex to excessive heat, rain, moisture or dust.
- Never spill liquid of any kind or insert objects into the slots.
- Do not press on the visible surfaces of the screens or use sharp objects to touch them.
- Turn off your Flex when not in use.If you encounter any technical problems or have difficulty configuring your Flex for the first time, contact our technical support team as soon as possible.
1. Unboxing
1.1 What's in the box
- Your Flex ( 14" Portable Dual monitor )
- 1x USB-C/A cable to USB-C
- 1x USB-C cable to USB-A
- 5V/3A Power Adapter
- 1x USB Disk (with Display Driver)
- User manual
1.2 Stand
Lower the kickstand, so that it rests on the table or desk.
To open / lower the stand:
1. Gently pull out the stand with your fingers to move the kickstand away from your Flex and give it an opening angle.
2. Pull out until the desired angle is reached.
To fold the stand back / lift:
3. Gently push the stand against the device to return it to his original state .
1.3 Setting it up
Although Flex is designed for daily use, we recommend following the correct sequence to avoid any damage to the device .
Unfolding sequence :
Please open the right display screen first and then open the left screen
Storing Monitor :
Please fold the left display screen first and then fold the right screen

1.3.1 Landscape mode
Immerse yourself in a panoramic viewing experience with the landscape mode of our portable dual monitor. This orientation allows users to fully capitalize on the widescreen format, stretching the display horizontally across both screens. It's designed to enhance productivity, facilitating seamless multitasking and providing ample real estate for applications to run side by side without compromise.

1.3.2 Triangular mode
The triangular mode not only fosters a more immersive visual interaction but also facilitates collaboration. Whether you're sharing content during a meeting, showcasing a presentation, or collaborating on a project, this mode offers an optimal angle for both individual usage and group viewing, ensuring that everyone gets a clear view from multiple angles.

1.3.3 Single portait Mode
The single portrait mode stands out by providing a vertical alignment that gives users an extended display height. This format is particularly advantageous for professionals who often navigate through lengthy content, allowing for reduced scrolling and a more complete view of the material at hand.
2. Drivers
Setting up your Flex is very easy!
Since new versions of the driver are released very frequently, in order to be constantly up-to-date, we invite you to visit our website to download the latest version of the software and consult the procedure.
WARNING : Do NOT plug your Flex into your laptop before
executing the driver installation.
2.1 Driver installation - Windows
Do NOT plug your Flex into your Windows laptop before executing the driver installation.
* If you are using your work laptop, you might need the admin permission from your IT department, please contact the people responsible for your equipment.
1. Please download the drive of the Windows system in the USB disk.

2. As software versions are frequently updated, the procedure may vary slightly. In order to find the latest up-to-date version, we regularly revise the installation and first-time connection instructions on our website (see link above).
2.2 Driver installation - Mac
Do NOT plug your Flex into your Mac laptop before executing the driver installation.
* If you are using your work laptop, you might need the admin permission from your IT department, please contact the people responsible for your equipment.
1.Please download the drive of the Mac system in the USB disk.

2.Click " About This Mac " on your Macbook
3. Click " Overview " to check your detailed macOS system info.
4. Please insert the included USB disk into your Macbook and download corresponding driver based on your macOS system
5. Please drag "macOS InstantView" to "Applications" folder and run it.
6. Click "macOS InstantView" in "Applications" to run the driver.
7. Please click "Open".
8. Please click " Open System Preferences"
9. Choose " Security & Privacy ", click " Screen Recording " and enable " macOS InstantView ".
10.Please click the " CONNECT ".
11. When connected successfully, a screen record icon will show up on the top of your screen.
2.3 Driver installation - Android
Do NOT plug Slide device into your Android before executing the driver installation.
* If you are using your work phone, you might need the admin permission from your IT department, please contact the people responsible for your equipment.
1.Please download the drive of the Android system

2. Open the mobile phone file management app and install the device driver accordingly. Please note that not all mobile phones will support external display due to the function of phone port.
3. Connection method for your Flex
3.1 Single Connection Methods
After the display driver is installed, at last 5V/3A of sustained power is required for your Flex to work.
But most of the recent laptop will have no issues with that.
3.2 Cable Connection methods if Additional Power is Required
If your laptop or device does not support an output of 5V/3A, an external power is required.
4. Display setting for Wins/macOS
4.1 macOS Display Settings and Configuration
1. Click the System Settings icon in the Dock or choose Apple menu > System settings.
2. Click "Display" and "Arangement".Then long drag the Screen to rearrrange the screen location based on your preference.
3. Choose the display mode you prefer the most .
4.2 Windows Display Settings and Configuration
1. Right-click the dekstop and select either Screen Screen Resolution ( Windows 7/8) or Display Settings ( Windows 10/11).
2. Click Detect to check if the dual monitor is connected successfully. If yes, please click Identify to confirm the screen location. Then long drag the Screen 1/2/3 to rearrange the screen location based on your preference.
3. Duplicate & Extend Mode Setting : Click the Multiple displays drop-down list, and then select Extend/duplicate .
4.3 How to Close Single Display Screen
4.3.1 For macOS and Wins Laptop
-> Long press MENU key for 5s4.3.2 Only for Wins Laptop
-> In "Display setting", select the display screen you want to disconnect and click " Disconnect this display" in drop-down list.5. OSD Function Introduction
5.1 OSD Overview
Power Button
- Long press for 3s to turn on/off
"+" Button
- Quickly adjust the brightness;
- Choose the OSD setting subpage
- In/decrease the value of the setting on OSD
Menu Button
- Press the button to enter OSD menu ;
- Press the button again to enter the setting subpage and press to confirm the value
"-" Button
- In/decrease the value of the setting on OSD
Note :
- If you don't want to use the OSD menu, no action is needed. The OSD menu will disappear in a few seconds. Or you could press "-" button to exit the OSD menu.;
5.2 Restore OSD Default
If you accidentally, change the OSD default language setting, please follow the steps below to restore the OSD default value.
1.Press the "MENU" button
2. Press the "+" to choose " reset", then to press "MENU" button.
6. Use requirements & Cleaning & Maintenance
In order to ensure the normal use of this product and prevent accidents such as electric shock and fire, please read and understand all usage requirements and operating procedures before using this product.
Please stricly abide by the following requirements :
- Be careful to avoid excessive humidity and dust, so as not to cause malfunction due to circuit corrosion
- Do not squeeze the screen surface
- Please use a screen wiper to clean the monitor. Do not connect the monitor to devices while cleaning
- Do not use cleaning liquids containing alcohol/acid to clean screen
- When the screen goes black or flickers or does not work, please contact us for help. Do not repair the screen by yourself
- When you stop using the monitor, please disconnect the power supply in time
7. Troubleshooting
Be careful when using your Flex around others. Flex is wide – please avoid the risk of someone running into it.
If one or both monitors are not working properly and you are not on a Mac 2021.
Here is the solution:
1- Unplug both USB cables
2- Put both monitors back so they reset, then open them out again
3- Unplug any additional USB accessories already connected (hubs, docking stations, USB dongles, ..)
4- Try to reconnect the USB cables in order (see section 3.1)
5- If it still doesn’t work, please try connecting left USB cable in the wall plug
6- If it still doesn’t work, please try plugging right USB into another USB port
7- If it still doesn’t work, try flipping the USB cable to plug it in the other way.
8- If it still doesn’t work, try on another laptop, Slide works on all models of laptops, so your computer might be defective.
If a bug occurred with the Mac 2021 and only one screen lights up while the other one stay black (both screens may also boot up, one screen could fail quickly before the second one reboots.)
Here is the solution:
First of all, please check that you have the latest version of the software installed (see section 2)
1- Close the screen that is working and leave the black screen slid out.
2- Re plug the signal cable from the Mac (right hand USB Type-C)
3- Wait for black screen to reboot
4- Connect the power supply cable (left hand USB Type-C)
5- Wait a few seconds and open again the second screen.
6- The screens will reboot again and work good.
If you connect your Flex to a laptop other than your own
Please note that the Flex can remember the configuration of the last laptop it was connected to. Therefore, to connect it to another laptop, or to reconnect it to yours after using it on another laptop, please unplug it completely for a few seconds, then plug it back in as you did the first time using the 2 cables provided. ( see section 3)
If you are still having difficulties, please contact our technical support specialists. Flex works on all models of laptops, so your computer might be defective or its USB ports restricted by the factory during its manufacture.
